Aluminum Castings |
 | Our range of aluminum castings are fabricated using premium grade ingot metals such as copper based alloys. These aluminum castings are offered in different weights ranging from 300 grams to 300 kgs single piece.
The entire gamut of aluminum castings confirm to BSS LM series, DIN, ASTM and Indian standards. These castings are pressure tight that have a fine surface finish. Further, we also undertake heat treatment on aluminum castings that are available on request with certificates and charts if necessary. These aluminum castings are cast under high pressure by squeeze castings for casting in sand and permanent molds.

Investment Castings |
 | Investment castings process offers flexibility in design, superior strength and wear resistance to the manufactured castings. Investment castings also provides design freedom in comparison to die casting, forgings, machined components, brazed or welded assemblies, sand castings, and powered metal.
The investment casting process is beneficial as it reduces the labor cost along with material waste of metal castings. The alloys even provide unidirectional properties, material conservation, and also save energy. |

Precision Castings |
 | The castings we emphasize the most are dimensional precision castings. These feature superior surface finish as well as exact material specification based construction standards. This process minimizes the level of scrap rate for their higher integrity, high tolerance and promotes durability in any machine operation due to a lower addition of minimal casting defects, design flexibility and the ability to combine two parts into single casting. The standard tolerances level of the precision castings is +/- 0.15 mm per every 25 mm. |
