Our Pattern Makers are dedicated to constructing the finest Pattern equipment catering to some of the big Industries throughout India. Quality and service are Essen's topmost priority. A list of our machinery and equipment is available upon request. However a visit to our shop and a discussion with our staff would give you a better idea of our capabilities. Our HistoryEssen Castings Inc. was founded over 25 years ago by Kunnath Purakkal Narayanan. Narayanan was a workaholic and very talented in his trade Pattern making.
In the backyard of his house, in the colony of Hindustan Machine Tools where he was employed, Narayanan had a dream.... to build a business of skilled craftsmen and provide quality service to the foundry Industry. The Company was growing and had hired some of the best Pattern Makers available in Bangalore who were all from different ethnic backgrounds like Kannada,Tamil, Malayalam & Telugu.These young men headed by Narayanan helped build Essen into one of the best Pattern Makers of Bangalore. Under him Essen provided Patterns to some of the large Companies in Bangalore like MICO (SPM Division), HMT, BFW & Ace Designers.
In 1998,Narayanan passed on, leaving the Company to his Son Suresh Kumar. From then on Essen started moving forward in a new direction-new customers and expansion.With the coming of the new millennium,the future looks bright and very promising to us and we hope to provide the same quality and good service as Narayanan did.
