The R&D department of ESSENZA takes upon them the responsibility to develop and implement a Quality system.This quality standard pplies to the development,production and commercialization process of the wall tiles anddecorative pieces manufactured and sold by ESSENZA

This system is two principles:
-meet the neds and wants of the customers.
-improve on a continuous basis the efficies of our organization and of its Quality management system.In order toachieve the proviously indicated,ESSENZA will have available all the necessary.resources at the same time,at ESSENZA we have stated some clear guidelines which are the following.

-Establish measurable indicated and objectives accordingly with this policy.
-Revise on a periodic basis the Quality system as the indicators and objectives in order to have the best fit with the company.
-Use the Quality system as a tool to prevent Quality problems the accepts the responsibility to make sure that the implemented Quality system is wel known in ESSENZA as wel as provide the company for its explanation and implementation.Besides the series included in the this general catalogue, ESSENZA supplies other tile product lines of advanced design,which can be tailored to our customers' requirements:
