InfrastructureAll our wider width fabrics (widths above 100 inches) are woven on Airjet / Sulzer Projectile Looms having reed width of 279 cms and 320 cms.
The maximum grey fabric width that we can offer is 125 inches.
Fabrics below 100 inches width are woven on Ruti-C Automatic Looms. These looms have reed width of 190 cms and 270 cms. We do pigment printing and reactive dyeing for fabrics up to 120 inches. Our machineries include: - Singeing Machine
- Mercerizer
- Sanforizer
- Callendaring machines
We have a Kruster Dyeing Range which has the capacity of dyeing lots up to 15,000 meters.
We have a Pugasus Stork Rotary Printing Machine with the capability of printing up to 16 colours with a repeat of 32 cm, 64 cm and 82 cm, 92 cm and 100 cm. We have the capacity to fabricate about 6000+ bed sheets and equivalent number of pillowcases per day and facility to increase capacity if needed. Our stitching units have Juki Sewing Machines and matching co-ordinates such as overlock machines, button holding machines, double needle machines, fabric cutting machines, industrial thread sucker, industrial steam ironing, elastic attachment machines, carton strapping machine etc.
For special hem treatments we also have Picotting & Marrowing Machines. We also have the 3x24 heads Tajma Embroidery Machines.
Awards / RecognitionEsskay is also a recipient of the Silver Trophy awarded by Texprocil (Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council of India, A Government Of India Organization), being the 2nd highest exporter for cotton made-ups for the year 2004-2005.
