Timely Delivery
We provide timely delivery of our fabricated machines as we have a well knitted transportation network. Each and every employee of our organization is responsible to deliver the work within the stipulated time frame so that the final product reaches the clients within the mentioned time frame.
In order to maintain our deadlines and stick to them, we have appointed a team of product delivery managers to keep a complete track record of the products that are to be delivered and the estimated lead time by keeping a close contact with the production department. They know the expected lead time for delivery of the consignment within the prescribed delivery schedule to the desired destination. |
R&D lab
| In order to upgrade our manufacturing unit, we have set up a highly focused R&D lab. Our research department continuously conducts its research activities to increase the efficiency, existing features and quality of the motors. Our lab is also equipped with all the modernized research tools to conduct research on various aspects and provide suitable suggestions regarding the product functioning. These research documents and samples are then further passed on to the production department for improvements and improvisations in the machine design. We are endowed by a team of talented and creative research and development associates who can deliver excellent solutions as per emerging requirement of the clients. |

Quality Assurance

Production Unit
We have installed latest machinery from all round the India and some from other part of the world in our unit. Under the able guidance of our mentor Mr. S.K. Shori, we have set up a well equipped workshop for designing as well as assembling of machines. We have various hand tools and complete assembly line for production of each part of the machine which is afterwards assembled to provide it a complete shape. We use state-of-the art technology, advanced equipments and stringent process controls during manufacturing of our wide range. Our production area is well ventilated and is provided with power backup facility so that the production process is not hampered by frequent power failures. All the machine parts pass through various production stages prior assembling.
• Heat treatment : Hardness, Concile tensile, harding tampering to get the desired results as per customer requirement
