Since 1963 Esspee Fabrications Ltd has developed from a once small family electrical insulation fabricator to a market leader in the precision engineering of laminated, thermoset and thermoplastic components, including products requiring the latest ceramic materials. Adapting to customer needs is at the forefront of our strategy, from the outset our experienced personnel are available to give advice on specifications, methods and applications, from the simple to the unique, Esspee have the expertise and facilities to help shape your own industry. Using traditional craftsmen techniques complemented by the latest CNC technology, we offer one-off prototypes to mass produced components for use in a multitude of demanding applications.

Esspee manufacture a wide range of products which are supplied into the electrical, general engineering and rail industries, these include products for electrical insulation used in SF6 switchgear equipment, engineered plastics, laminated plastic bearings and wearpads for the general engineering and rail industries, injection moulded products and bespoke gaskets manufactured to customer requirements.

All our products are manufactured using the highest quality materials and Esspee are approved suppliers of materials from companies such as Railko, Tufnol, Tenmat, Isola, Ensinger, Anglo American Vulcanised Fibre and Attwater, all of who are at the forefront of material development and technology.
