The bath is double walled inside and outside made of ss insulated with 2” glass wool on five sides. Temperature is controlled by a hydraulic type thermostat from 500c to2500c. Control panel is provided on the sides of oil bath consisting of two neon pilot lights. Temp control knob graduated in centigrade, on/off switch. All heating mantles are individually constructed and factory inspected for the highest electrical standards. Each heating element is incorporated in woven fiberglass yarn and fitted into a spun aluminium housing, powder coated. All heating mantles are supplied with built-in on-off energy regulator.  standard heating mantles are designed to take only one size of flask. Various sizes are available to fit round bottom flasks of capacity 100 ml to 20 litres. The snug fit of the heating surface, which is in close contact with the flask, ensures good thermal efficiency.

esteem photo colorimeter mode bhi-lsr-437 is a compact and easy to operate instrument for photo colorimetric analysis of a solution of any concentration. The output is available on 16x2 line lcd display in terms of % transmission (%t), absorbance (abs), concentration (conc) and k factor. Facility has been provided to store the last k factor and the standard concentration value. User can also enter any known 'factor' for a test, there by eliminating the need to re-run standard again & again.

For heating slides to a uniform temperature just below the melting point of wax to provide maximum flattening without damaging the section. Top plate is mounted on an insulated metal frame. It is fitted with imported thermostat to control surface temperature from ambient to 70°c. A depression has been provided on the top surface to house a thermometer to indicate the surface temperature. Supplied complete with pilot light, cord and plug, but without thermometer. The apparatus consist of an evaporating flask rotated by a non –sparking induction motor in a heating water bath. Vaccum distillation of solvent at high and low temperature is achieved quickly and efficiently include vaccum drying powders and solids, low temp vaccum distillation of heat sensitive compounds. The introduction tube permits continuos feed of the liquids into evaporating flask and distillation under controlled atmosphere.
