During the year 1963 a small saw mill was started in Tuticorin a port city in south most part of India by the Grand father of our Mentor. During 1985, the promoters have entered in to the field of Timber Imports for their own stock and sale. The unit was making doors and windows mainly and a small quantity of pallets.
During the year 2000 the promoter joined hands with a wooden packing materials manufacturing unit in Chennai and started concentrating in manufacturing wooden packing crates from Chennai on partnership basis. Under the guidance and motivation of our mentor Mr. K. Selvan, we have clearly understood the various production processes in detail in order to churn out premium quality products. We as a committed organization ensure that we work on the strong ethical values and follow fair business practices to ensure that our clients are served keeping their satisfaction level at the top priority.
During the year 2007 M/S. Esteem Packaging Industries, was established
and started manufacturing wooden packing materials from their own land. Incepted in the year 2008, Esteem Pallets is a well recognized firm engaged in manufacturing and exporting of various types of wooden pallets, wooden boxes and wooden craftes which are used for packaging of products. Esteem Packaging Industries group is in Timber business for more than 4 decades and grown to reach annual sales of more than 75000 Pallets in a year.
We design and make wooden packing materials depends upon the Static and dynamic weight holding property requirements of each packing. |

Product Profile

Made using imported pine wood from New Zealand our pallets are durable and also available in various sizes and dimensions. These pallets are also highly durable and are designed as per the requirement of the client. These pallets are completely flawless reach our clients within the stipulated time frame. |
Quality Assurance
We have been noted in the packaging industry for our high quality which are procured from the companies we deal with. We are having tie up for import of 1000 CBM Pine logs from New Zealand every month, with an assured minimum quantity of 12000 CBM every year. We do not consider quality as a mere buzzword but put an extra effort to ensure that our products are superior and durable. They test the products for their high quality, right from the initial step of selecting the raw materials, fumigate, chemical treat, paint, finish, varnish to the type of coating and the to the final process of offering finished products to the clients. Our experts assure that decorous fumigation treatment of the wood is processed to make it ISPM Standard and Export ready. Moreover, polishing is conducted with acute precision by talented wood workers to have ravishing finished products. |
Promotors
The Promoter has vast knowledge in selection of wood and technical properties of various types of wood. With his training in leading packaging institutes at Mumbai, Bangalore and Singapore, he learned assessing correct design, thickness and width of planks required depending upon the total weight of the material to be packed and type of wood to be used. We have successfully designed and developed wooden crates and boxes for meeting the specific needs of heavy Engineering Industry.

Manufacturing Facility
We
have a well equipped infrastructure that is capable of conducting
seasoning checks and polishing checks of the pallets. Spread in an
area of 2 acres and with 10000 sq. ft., area of manufacturing shed
our unit is equipped with various sophisticated machines like
horizontal and vertical band saw machines having a sawing capacity of
more than 600 CFT wood/shift, 2 Eicher trucks and 1 Diesel Gen set
with total capacity of 50 KVA power. We make sure that all the
equipment and resources used in the manufacturing of the products are
procured from the best vendors and are used by the best and trained
people. We also make sure that these are kept upgraded from time to
time to ensure it' s efficiency and long usability.
