About Us

The journey of Eswari Metal Industries started in early 1970. The founders of EMI started their careers as lead smelters and as workers in the production floor of a lead metal smelting company. It was in late 1970, the founders decided to start up a new venture in trading of non ferrous metal scraps.In 1984, they started their first trading company in Mangalore and within a couple of years they started another trading company in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.


They diversified their activities from trading nonferrous metal scraps to battery spare parts. In 1987 they decide to start their own manufacturing firm and this resulted in inauguration of our first Lead smelting company called Eswari Metal Industries (EMI). After early 1990 they developed themselves as one of the key players in manufactures of Lead and Lead alloys in southern India. To cater the needs of its growing customers, EMI has started its second Unit during the year 2007. The customer focussed approach, along with continuous efforts to improve quality is the reason for the success of the company. Above all, EMI believes that our ethical and corporate social responsibility along with our concern for the environment would take us to greater heights.
