About Us

We, Eswari Creation are one of the best manufacturers and exporters of knitted fabrics. The two persons who are the pillars of this company and also the founder are K. Sakthivadivel and C.Nagarajan. Our all business related activities are performed in Tirrupur, where our branch offices, agents and representatives are located. The production center is located at Indra Nagar in Tirrupur. Our bestow and recognition have been well approved both in the national as well as in the international arena. Our vast potential including our superior manufacturing techniques, inherited state-of-art, wide and strong distribution system, strict quality control process, high quality raw materials, etc. All these are propelling us towards the right direction to create new history in the fabric manufacturing industry. We strongly supervise all the quality aspects of our products. Our claim reflects from the very first step of production through the selecting process of best quality raw material.


	We usually use good qualitative gray yarns and dyed yarns. We regulate the entire production system in such a manner, so that the final production cost of each finished product becomes within the economical range. Our wide product range consists a lot of different innovative products including all type of knitted fabrics like Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Three Thread Fleece, Interlocks, 1x1 Ribs etc. We have been successfully following the work division process according to our workers' capabilities, experience and other inherited skills. Day by day, our growth rate is consistently surging and last year the total production value of our company in term of U.S dollar was 150 crore. The average production capacity of all our production units is 125 tonnes per month. Our infrastructural facilities are sound enough and these contain all modern and innovative facilities which are required in this field.

	Our Infrastructure Infrastructure is considered as the back bone for any organization, and if there is a sound and good infrastructure, then inevitably, the organization will get added advantage. We have a very strong and well equipped infrastructure facilities, which is spread over an area of over 15,000 sq ft. Apart from our production center, we also have the facilities of modern packaging machinery and skilled personnel handling them. As far as our transportation facility is concerned, we use both our in-house capacities as well as our out-sourced facilities.


	Production Process We follow optimum model of production, which comprises both the elements of flexible and rigid production system. The sourcing of quality raw materials from SPG mills for meeting the needs of our production processes also help us in delivering finer finish in our knitted garment range. Further the effective use of advanced machinery equipment and innovative production techniques helps us provide a wide range of finish choices in our products.

For accomplishing this, we always eagerly opt new processes, systems and other innovative changes within our ongoing system. We have a trained team of workforce who are extremely experienced and skilled. To keep them up dated, we give them proper training to further develop their skills. We check the quality of our products at a regular interval of time to remove any discrepancy. Further the use of quality gray and dyed fibers as raw materials and low production costs maintained by us also ensures that our customers do not have to pay extra price for our knitted garment products.


	Distribution Network Our entire distribution process is deeply integrated and follows a uniform pattern. As our products are also sent to meet the demands of the overseas markets, we have built up a strong and dedicated distribution network. Not only for sending our products to the end users, but to provide them customized solutions regarding these products, we greatly depend upon our distribution network. We have several distributors in different parts. We have also tied-up with many C/F agents specially for our foreign clients.


	Our Clientèle We have a vast client base both in India and abroad. As we bother their needs, so they have a high degree of trustworthiness upon us. We have established a two way communication process. This assists us in getting continuous feedbacks from their side regarding our products and send them immediate and appropriate solutions.
