State-of-the-Art Technology
offers beautiful membrane shutter doors and cabinet panels that betray the high-precision engineering involved in their production. The MDF boards are first machined to create precise three-dimensional contours, using high speed imported routers. The engraved single-piece boards are then laminated using state-of-the-art technology by pressing a heated PVC membrane on to the routed, board surface. A strong vacuum process then ensures that the PVC film binds the board from five sides, faithfully reproducing the three-dimensional profile. Our machines are capable of laminating cabinet doors having delicate profiles both at the edge and front panel with great efficiency and impressive finish.

Range of Design & Colour
offers many popular international designs like square, arched and cathedral straight and customised design. These can be customized to meet the exact size and specification that suits your needs. You can also choose from the range of colors and finishes that is readily available with us. The standard panel has a white melamine back. You can also opt for same-color backs, which are arranged on order. The standard thickness is 18 mm for our cabinet doors and 25 mm for doors and table tops. The PVC film finishes are available in the thickness range of 0.35mm -0.70mm.
