Ethic Soft Technologies Private Limited-the concept was realized in the second quarter of 2001 by a team of software professionals with over 100 person-years of software experience.The mission before Ethic Soft is to provide IT services with a vision to prove the strength of IT services in all disciplines of Science and Engineering. Ethic Softs mission to provide specialized IT services to a wide spectrum of domains it has accordingly institutionalized its proprietary organizational model termed Ethic Soft Organizational Model (ESOM).
