Ethnic Kraft, established in 1993, is a company involved in the manufacturing and exporting of very exclusive hand-carved teakwood furniture. Its range is passionately crafted by skilled artisans whose generations have been involved in recreating magic in wood. It directly and indirectly employs about eighty skilled craftsmen in its operations. The company manufactures a very vast range of residential furniture including Sofa sets, Bedroom sets, Dining sets, cabinets, beautiful carved jharokhas, Indian Swings etc and can customize the same according to a customer’s needs too.
The firm’s most prestigious project executed in recent times is the provision of furniture for the Banquet hall of Rashtrapati Bhawan, the president of India’s residence, during President Clinton’s visit to India in the year 2000. It has also renovated four suites of Rashtrapati Bhawan, where heads of state stay as guests, namely Dwarka, Nalanda, Mumtaz and Tiger suites. It also has to its credit the part furnishing of a heritage hotel project namely “Noor-Us-Sabah palace hotel” at Kohe-Fiza, Bhopal, India in the year 1997, which is a part of ITC group chain of hotels. Ethnic Kraft has also been exporting furniture worldwide to customers in countries like U.K, U.S.A, Bulgaria, Australia, Kenya and some Middle East countries. A visit to the company’s showroom takes one back in time to the wonderful yesteryear of lavish living of the Maharajas of India and discover the art of living life king-size!!
