We manufacture tensile tester which has been developed after years of experience and experimentation. For various testing applications like bending, compression, tensile testing and peeling by utilizing best test attachments. Our Computerized Universal Tensile Tester can withstand heavy use load for number of years. Either used as basic unit or with additional and optional advanced software packages our tester sets higher standards in Universal tensile testing. Our tester has load cell which offers one-touch zero adjustment and guarantees precise results at a faster speed of setup process. It is extremely important while performing multipte tests.


Software Package:
Our tester uses latest softwares features that always high tech programming of all the necessary parameters, operational control and quick display of the on-going test's results. The latest software package of the tester allows its operator to conduct a number of tests for limitless test parameters and displayed test information when used with a PC.

  • Displays data related to operation - Its modern Control Panel displays all Crosshead travelling values in relation to actual load value vs elongation.
  • Memory function - Test data may be displayed and also stored in memory for future reference or printed for reports, certification and presentations.

Digital Compression Tester


We present advanced Digital Compression Tester which is designed to conduct compression and crushing strength tests on containers, concrete cubes & cylinders, hollow blocks and various other materials in accordance with Indian and/or International standards. Our machine is operated electro-hydraulically and can be accommodating to test jobs up to 45 x45 x 65 cm high depending upon machine capacity. Its loading unit comprises of a cross-head and have solid pillar base or channel supports connecting the base and cross-head firmly. Its control panel has a hydraulic power pack, digital readout system, operating switches, load control valves, maximum load holding facility (Peak-hold), preset facility on load-over 10% and 90% of working range. It gives optional output print-out of test data and graph.


Options:
Capacity ies available: 100KN ,500KN, 1000KN, 2000KN & 3000KN. Flexure Test Attachment Concrete Beams, etc. Printer Panel for printout of test data and graph.
