Eural Gnutti S.p.A. will take part in Aluminium 2010, the world’s leading trade fair for the aluminium industry. Since its start 1997 the fair has developed to the number one meeting place world-wide.

Quality

The quality of the extruded product is guaranteed by EURAL GNUTTI S.P.A. through the use of rigid dimensional controls and analysis of the chemical composition and mechanical characteristics of the material. EURAL GNUTTI S.P.A. is, in fact, equipped with modern analysis and testing laboratories all using up-to-date control equipments. Both our plants are certified according to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems and ISO/ TS 16949:2002 certification. The maximum attention that EURAL GNUTTI S.p.A. pays to the protection of the environment is clearly shown in ISO 14001 certification, which has been obtained in the year 2008.

Infrastructure

The production structure comprises the foundry and the production plant of the semi- finished aluminium products, with a workforce of about 400 employees, the company being built on an area covering a total of 270.000 sq.m. With its four 1,600, 2,800, 3,000 and 3,500 ton. presses whom, very soon, a new 5,500 ton. press will be added to, EURAL GNUTTI S.P.A. is at the forefront in the production of bars, tubes and profiles made of different aluminium alloys. Round, square, hexagonal, flat, extruded and drawn bars represent the wide range of EURAL GNUTTI S.p.A. products, starting from the most widespread alloys up to the more recent "ecological" types, in compliance with the most restrictive requirements of the European directives RoHS (2002/95/EC) and ELV (2000/53/EC). The elements that characterise EURAL GNUTTI S.p.A. bars are high level of machinability and uniformity of high mechanical properties. This is why EURAL GNUTTI S.p.A. is the ideal partner for those who are daily called to meet high quality standards required in the automotive sectors (braking systems), in the precision mechanical industry, in the safety equipments (valves), in the hydraulic and the pneumatic systems. Extrusion, the fundamental stage of the whole production process, is then characterized, for each product, by a specific heat treatment. On request, and by turning to the consolidated collaboration of highly specialised external partners, EURAL GNUTTI S.P.A. is able to offer surface anodic oxidation and coating treatment, mechanical cleaning, cutting operations, shearing, deburring, welding, including machining of finished items on numerical control machines.
