He started with ‘Mayer’ bar coaters, which was otherwise imported in India at very high costs. BAR COATERS (MAYER WIRE WOUND RODS) manufactured by EUREKA TECHNO SERVICE are at par with the international BAR COATERS however the prices are almost 30% of the bars that were available if imported in India. With local Indian companies international and also with the products exported there was a demand of the automated version of the bar coater and in 1995 Semi Automatic Bar Coater Machine Model 105C and Fully Automatic Bar Coater Machine as 106C was introduced. In the year 2000, the product portfolio was increased by the introduction of Marker Pen Type TESTER with fluid ink, for testing “Surface Treatment” OR “ CORONA TREATMENT” level on Plastic Surface such LDPE/HDPE/P.P Films and Plastic Containers. This product has been adopted as standard test methods by many MNC Companies. This is now exported to many middle east and asian countries. |
