Incorporated in the year 1982, we- Eureka Engineering Enterprises are long standing company engaged in manufacturing and supplying temperature measurement and control systems. Our vast product range is successfully applied in various industries for most critical service. Product Profile

Temperature Sensor act as an eye for process control instrumentation and instrumentation systems. Our vast range includes high temperature ceramic sheathed thermocouple, heavy duty metal sheathed thermocouple, heavy duty thermocouple "L" Type, mineral insulated metal sheathed thermocouples, mineral insulated metal sheathed RTDs, bayonet thermocouple, RTD sensors, thermowells flanged type, thermowells screwed type, digital temperature indicators and controllers, compensating cable and accessories and temperature transmitters. Quality Compliance

We have with us a well managed quality division at our unit. The quality department is equipped with all the testing facilities which are required for ascertaining the qualityranking of the products. Folloing is the list of equipments available for calibration:

Calibration furnace upto 1000 Deg.C
Oil bath upto 250 Deg.C.
Calibrator microcal for Resistance ,mV, mA simulation and measurment.
Digital multimeter 4 and 1/2 Digit.
Hydraulic test Equipment up to 200 kg/cm.
Standard National tracable sensors use for comparison and calibrated by ERTL and NABL Labs in following variety. PT - 100 RTD Sensors. K-Type (Cr-AL) Thermocouple. R-Type (Pt-PtRh 13%) Thermocople.

All the tests and checks are conducted using the above equipment. Each and every stage is strictly monitored by our quality analysts. Once, we receive approval from the analysts, only then these are forwarded for final delivery.

Manufacturing Facilities

We have a well integrated manufacturing unit which spreads to 5000 sq. meters wherein we have all the facilities which are required for optimum production. The unit is well segregated in to departments such as production, quality, packaging and many more. All the activities in different departments are executed in complete systematic manner. The unit has excellent working atmosphere wherein hygene and cleanliness is maintained. As far as the machines are used are concerned, we are using lathe machines, grinders and all general purpose machines. Strong coordination is maintained between all the production processes. Both the elements that is time management and quality performance is simultaneously managed by our team of experts.
