Aquaguard 2000 UV is capable of treating water at a flow rate of 2000 LPH. The parameters of
Water treated are as under:
The water enters the Sediment Filter cartridge housed in a 4” x 20” Big Blue bowl through a 1” BSP Female connection. The nominal rating of the cartridge is 5 microns. The cartridge is made from melt blown Polypropylene. The bowl is made from Polypropylene and the cap is made of ABS plastic. The sediment filter reduces the turbidity. The water flows from the outlet of the sediment filter to the inlet of the Pre Carbon Filter. The pre carbon filter is made from Powdered Activated Carbon (PAC) and is compacted to form the Carbon block. The pre carbon cartridge is housed in a bowl of 4” x 20” Big Blue Bowl. The pre carbon filter removes odour, residual pesticides and free chlorine present in water. The bowl and Cap are similar to the sediment filter. The water from the outlet of the Pre Carbon Filter is led into the UV Chamber where the water is treated with UV radiation of 254 nano metre wave length. The UV radiation disinfects the water and makes the water safe for consumption. The UV lamp has a wattage of 42 Watts giving a UV dose in excess of 50mj/Sq.cm much above the US EPA requirement of 40mj/Sq.cm. The UV lamp is housed in a reactor made of SS 304 stainless steel. The UV lamp is controlled by an electronic controller which provides an indication of the lamp life and lamp failure. The flow rate depends upon the available water head. For a head of 10 mtrs, a flow rate of 1500 to 2000 LPH is achieved when the filter cartridges are new.
Aquaguard Reviva RO 50 LPH Basic offered comes with 6 stage purification process and is based on revolutionary Reverse Osmosis technology so as to provide for high precision in involved operations. Further, the system makes use of special membrane elements that allows production of quantity treated water as well as at the same time ensures fast and continuous supply. Some of its features include provides for chemically and microbiologically treated water, supports reduction in hardness, TDS and heavy metal contaminants, provides for superior membrane performance, comes with production capacity of 50 LPH, operating temperature of 5 Degree C to 45 Degree C.
6 Stage Purification Process
Equipped with the revolutionary Reverse Osmosis technology and 6- stage purification process.
Aquaguard REVIVA Institutional Reverse Osmosis water purification System uses special membrane elements, which produces higher quantity of treated water, ensures faster and continuous supply of water
Makes water both chemically and microbiologically potable by reducing hardness. TDS, heavy metal contaminants and by removing waterborne pathogenic micro-organisms.
This ensures superior and effective membrane performance by auto flushing every hour.
