We have a reliable set of vendors located in the international market across various regions of Europe and US. The professional relations shared between us and our clients enable us in delivering our consignments as per the schedule and in tandem with the requirements of our clients. Our belief in having mutually beneficial relationship is the reason that all our transactions are fair and transparent. Before zeroing in on a vendor, we check its credibility on the following parameters: Market credibility Type of raw material used Ability to deliver bulk orders and on time Financial status Past clients served Moreover, being a socially responsible organization, we follow certain manufacturing norms and practices wherein, we ensure that our vendors do not employ any child labor and that all the workers are compensated over and above the statutory minimum wages. 	Our Services Involves Product Sourcing Sourcing Quality vendors according to the client’s product requirements. Specialized vendor for the particular products needed by the client are fulfilled. We perform factory audits as per requirement and hence the supplier factories are evaluated to check its standards and performances that fulfill the buyers requirements and policy norms. After the company evaluation, if the supplier factory is approved, we will send buyers enquiries to check the pricing of the supplier. We negotiate with supplier regarding price and other terms. The prices are negotiated with supplier in such a way we get very competitive prices for our customers that fits customers budget. Product – Samples Development: This is the first stage the work gets started for the supplier. We provide and insists the supplier to follow the buyer’s product specification and make samples developments. We check the sample of supplier whether the development is according to the specification and fulfill the buyer’s requirements. After everything is O.K., we then pass the sample to buyer for final approval. After the quality and design of the products is confirmed from customer, they issue purchase orders and open Letter of Credit to the suppliers. The Checking and inspection, (The Product Quality Audit) starts from this stage. We perform so many levels of quality audits according to AQL methods. From the raw materials to the final product stage. We conduct also on-line inspection during productions. We make sure that the merchandise is produced in right quality as committed and the goods are labeled and packed as per the client’s requirements. After our Quality controllers reports, the goods are allowed to make transits for the shipment. We also provide logistical support to the customers. We have well supported C&F agents who will provide good price for the transit of the consignment and provide the information from time to time about the vessel sailing details to us which is immediately informed to our customer about the latest updates of the vessels. We provide necessary resources to our clients during their visit and stay in India on business trip and also make arrangements of meetings with our suppliers to make their Visit fruitful and comfortable one.
