Axial Flow Fans (Sickal Series)

Diameter 315mm – 915 mm

The Sickle Development is one of our latest developments in our product range. This Series of axial impellers diameter ranges from 315mm to 915mm with a feature of large chord length design that generates a large air volume and requires pressure at low speeds. This special Glass fiber reinforced Polyamide (nylon 6) and fiber reinforced Polypropylene (PPG) blade with Gravity casted hub is resistance to corrosion. The curved leading trailing edge of the blade makes these fans well suitable for environments with low sound requirements

Reduced Noise Levels
Temperature Range (-10° C to 80° C) for fiber reinforced Polypropylene (PPG)
Temperature Range (-40° C to 120° C) for Glass fiber reinforced Polyamide (nylon 6)
Applications ≈ Oil Coolers, cold storage plants, evaporative cooling towers, generators, compressors, transformers etc.

Propeller Fans With Fixed Pitch

W –series

Diameter 300mm – 610mm

This Everest make propeller fan of standard and special bores can be provided for a wide range of application as air cooled condenser, evaporators and industrial applications such as Oil Coolers and Remote Radiators. It can also be cut to any size between Ø 315mm – Ø 915mm on special type rotary table cutting arrangement. The fan is available in PAG, PPG, ASG and ABS fiber glass reinforced material.

HUB Mounting Options: Insert Molded Bush Type & Bolted Hub Bush Type.

Mounting Adaptor For Axial Flow Fans

Large assortments of Flanged Bosses are available for nearly all the applications. Iron machined, Aluminum machined adaptors are available for motor drive with their shaft diameter.

Shaft Mount Adaptors

The Boss face butts against the shaft shoulder and it is tightened on the shaft with the side locking bolt. The drive torque is transmitted using a woodruff key.

Taper lock Adaptors

With the Taper Lock Version, the axial positioning of the shaft is determined by the keyed taper lock bushing. A woodruff key transmits the drive torque from the shaft to the impeller.

Insert Molded Hub

In this version of adopters, Aluminum / MS Bush are Insert Molded in the Hub to reduce the Cost. It also reduces the time while assembling of Fan.
