Floor Spring Model: Senior:- It is sleek and can carry weight upto 120 kgs. It is ideal fitment for glass doors where patch fitting is required. It can also be used or it is another substitute for Model: F-32 where looks matter the most. Since it is sleek in nature but the working power and strength is same as Model: F-32. No doubt it is thin but there is no compromise of "Quality" and can be fitted like any Floor Spring with lever and pivot also.

This Model has five different variant. Top of the house it is everyone's favorite and darling at the same time. It carries a weight up-to 125 kg. and from 0° it can open 90° towards the Right or Left hand side i.e. either side.

Apart from this it has another variant in which we can up-date it to Heavy Duty on one side and regular on the other side or Heavy Duty for both sides.

This is basically the requirement of the door where one side pressure is heavy which obstructs the door to close normally whereas on the other side there is hardly any pressure or normal pressure, whereby it closes normally. For example in places like Gurgaon, N.C.R. Delhi where the air-pressure is always on the higher side being open on all the sides. This type of doors to close from out side where already pressure is high, it does not require additional strength to close. Whereas, when open inside, to close it requires extra pressure because of the air-pressure outside and the other example, it would be the toilet doors whereby there are exhaust Fans inside the toilet, whereby creating the pressure on the door. Wherein 95% of the doors they don't closed properly but remain away from the 0° degree position from the tune of 6"-15" i.e. making to the passage for the air to flow in because of the exhaust Fan fitted inside of the public toilet and same is for the kitchen door of Star Hotels.

Apart from the above features it also comes as un-locking or non-locking whereby, whenever the door is left open, it closes automatically i.e.it comes back to 0° degree.

 

The next one in this family is F-42 which is meant to operate only one side i.e. either Left hand or Right hand side operational. That's why it is called as Single Action.

 

This Floor Spring ismeant for customers with specific requirements and for doors which operates only on one side e.g. A TM doors, doors with the magnet (Cardex) main door of the offices, where it is not meant to open in the public gallery but to open inside or vise-a-versa as it comes with a lock in built on one side which is factory fitted. This Model also comes in both the versions of hold open as well as non-hold open.  

 

F-32 Model can also be used for doors with the Arch i.e. Arch type doors or for the doors which are already fitted on Hinges. In above Models, lever of the Floor Spring can be altered to suit the thickness of the Carpet so that it does not leave any mark on the carpet either while closing or opening. This is also known as carpet type lever.

 

As this Model has two chambers - one is known as outer and the other one is inner or the Machine. The outer is made of stainless steel. In most of the cases and of cast iron in some cases. The housing of the inner Machine is of AIm. Pressure Die casting as both AIm. And Stainless Steel are easy to maintain. This feature is available in Floor Spring Model: F-32.
