Sand casting is the most popular casting employed in the industry. It uses silica-based sand for casting. Our ranges of sand casting are designed to have good collapsibility to avoid defects in casting such as hot tearing and cracking. Our broad spectrum of sand casting includes the following:

Centrifugal casting is used to manufacture various cylindrical shapes with utmost perfection. Our range of centrifugal casting has excellent mechanical properties and can withstand overload and strain without fracture. Our range of centrifugal casting includes:

• Worm Wheel RIMS
• Bearish Bushes

Technical Capability
We have a highly qualified and experienced Foundry Metallurgist and Consultant, who has almost four decades of experience in foundry industry. He guides us through all our development activities and troubleshooting training of the staff.

We manufacture all grades of copper based alloys like AB1, AB2, PB1, PB2 LG3 , LG4 CT1 and CT2.

Our product range includes Impellers, Propeller Blades, Valve Bodies, Bonnets, Discs, Worm Wheel Rims, Bearish Bushes, Ingots , Liners and other engineering castings.

We specialise in pressure containing part like Valve Bodies, Bonnets and Discs to Radiographic Level II and III.

We supply casting in as cast unmachined conditions/ proof machined fully machined condition.

We have capacity to supply casting weighing 600 kgs/piece.

We also offer our customers a broad range of copper-based alloys that are used in diverse industries. These products can also be customized as per the specific requirements of our esteemed customers.

• Castings are manufactured by sand moulding process, using sodium silicate sand for moulds and cores.
• Centrifugal casting is available for special castings in AB1,AB2,PB1,PB2, CT1,CT2, etc.
• Castings are also manufactured by gravity die cast method.

Quality Control Facilities
Quality is the corner stone of the company since it's inception. We have a tie up with Omega Inspection and Analytical Laboratory, a NABL approved testing house, situated next to our foundry for a spectro-scoping analysis of alloys both before and after pouring.

We provide test certificates for chemical and mechanical properties for our castings. The test lab is approved by NABL (with Omega Inspection and Analytical Laboratory).

We also provide our clients with the Radiographic Test (RT) and DYE Penetrant Test (DPT) of our castings, but charge extra for the same.

Infrastructure
Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is a perfect blend of sophisticated machineries and talented workforce. The latest casting machines at our facility enables us to manufacture products with utmost precision and within the stipulated time frame. We expertise in both sand casting and centrifugal casting based on the requirement of the customers. Our highly qualified professionals work in close coordination with our customers to offer best solution for their specific needs. The list of machineries at our manufacturing unit includes:

• Oil fired melting furnace, tilting type, of 650 Kgs capacity
• Oil fired melting furnace, pit type of 300 Kgs capacity
• Jib crane of 1 ton capacity
• Sand Mixer of 150 Kgs capacity
• Immersion Pyrometer for measuring liquid metal temperature
• Centrifugal casting machines
