Isolation Transformer Isolation transformer are important component parts in various power supply and electric appliance, We have applied advanced technological process for transformer manufacture, such as Arrangement wire winding without bobbing, the whole transformer is impregnated under vacuum-pressure up to insulation class F or H. The input and output voltage can be designed as required. There are various dry-type transformer of single phase or three phase with delta, Y and Yo connection or special for multi-input or output is available.
The dry-type transformer have been designed and produced by our factory for 20 years. It is suitable used for electric circuit of AC 20Hz to 400Hz and voltage below 1000V, and is wide used in electric appliance for light, lift, machinery, medicine device, electro plating, rectifier and power supply etc. The specifications can be designed and satisfied for custom's special requirement.

Furnace Transformer Main Features
Transformers are designed for induction furnace, arc furnace & submerged arc furnace application. Magnetic circuit-lamination CRGOM3 to M5 type. Electric circuit – electrolytic grade 99.9% pure copper with transposition in LV coil for current sharing in parallel conductors. Dielectric circuits – electric grade press paper, boards and mineral oil.
Thermal circuit – adequate cooling ducts are provided radially & axially for the smooth flow of oil internally. Radiators cooling banks are provided for natural air cooling ONAM & additional fans for ONAF cooling. High current transformers are provided with OFW cooling.

• Off-circuit tap changer to provide+- 5% +- 7.5 % + 5% tp -10% taps in steps of 2.5%
• On lad tap changer to provide +5% to -15% taps in steps of 1.25% as standard range and also custom built for any other ranges. OLTC will be internally/externally mounted as per the requirement
• Class A, uniform/non-uniform insulated
• Vector group Dyn 11, YNd, 11, Dd0y11
• Continuous duty, double copper wound
• Painting as per IS/IEC standards
• Both HV & LV side outdoor bushings/cable box/bus ducts/bus bar risers
