We offer drinking water vending machine that has inbuilt water chilling process with micro processors to draw

Water contains high impurities that can be removed only through membrane technology with a membrane porosity of 0.0001 microns.

Quality Control :

The ground water is processed through State of Art RO unit. The step by step purification starts from the storage tank by chlorinating the raw water to eliminate the harmful bacteria. It is subjected to various stages of filteration to remove suspended solids, odour and free chlorine.

In the second stage the disinfected and filtered water is processed through reverse osmosis to reduce the mineral contents to make the water more palatable. In the third stage the permeate from the RO is treated through a series of micron filters for micron levels filteration to obtain crystal clear water and sterilized through ultra violet sterilizer and finally ozonated to eliminate the remaining microorganisms and packed in the containers in sterile zone.

Stringent quality control is adapted to produce the best purified drinking water as per BIS. The entire process is triple sterilization method to enhance the self life of the product, "The water" Diet Aqua.

Sea Water Reverse Osmosis process is a Desalination membrane process that has been commercially used because no heating or phase changes are needed and energy requirements are low. This process requires that a high pressure be exerted on the high concentrated side of the membrane, usually 40 - 70 Bar (600 - 1000 PSI) natural Osmostic Pressure which must be overcome.

The product water recovery relative to input water flow is 15 - 50 % for the most Sea Water Desalination plants. The desalinated product water is more pure than the drinking water standards.

The EXEL Ultra Violet sterilizer consists of Ultra Violet lamps and Teflon Tubes built in a high quality stainless steel alignment.

When water is passed through vertical tubes having water inlet and outlet nozzles, the ultra violet lamps emits ultra violet rays which kills the harmful bacteria present in the water

Ozone destroys almost  all the micro-organisms including bacteria, virus fungi, spores etc., and consequently the resultant water is absolutely safe and pure.

Ozonation is the most environment friendly treatment known today leaving no trace of toxicity in water as against the bad effects of chlorine. The treatment and has long shelf life.

EXEL offers integrated solutions in waste water treatment. Appropriate waste water treatment plants are provided after developing through understanding of the factors present in the system and identifying the extent of impurity.

EXEL manufactures a complete range of water filtration systems like pressure sand filter and activated carbon filter. Filters are available with multi-port valve for easy operation and control. The filtration packages are offered in MS, FRP and HDPE. The operation is either manual or fully automatic.

Filtration involves removal of suspended matters, turbidity, colour, odour, free chlorine and other such unwanted matters. Filtration is done by passing water through the sand or carbon filter media of an appropriate particle size. During filtration, factors like volume of water to be filtered, quality criteria and other specified parameters are taken into consideration.

Backwash :

• Close v1 & V2


• Open fully V4


• open slowly v3, regulate the backwash flow


• Time: 15 minutes/ till the water clears


• Close wash outlet valve v4, open v6. When all air is expelled and water comes from this line, close v6 & v3: backwash inlet

Rinse :

• Open V1 and then V5- control the flow


• After 5 minutes check the quality


• If Satisfactory close V5

Micron Filters:

EXEL offers micron filters with premium quality SS housings, which are used for micron level filtration. The housing size varies from 10" to 40" based on the filtration flow rate requirements. We offer micron rating from 0.2 to 100.
EXEL uses the best quality micron cartridges.

EXEL water softening systems are based on ion exchange process by using a good quality base exchange resin, which removes calcium and magnesium ions from the water. Water softeners are offered in MS, FRP & HDPE materials, having manual or fully automatic operation. Necessary salt preparation tank offered with the system. Softeners are available with multiport valve for easy operation & control.

The specialties of the systems is that it ensures high efficient regeneration, lesser consumption, higher quantity of soft water per regeneration and consistently lesser residual hardness in the water. EXEL Softeners are available as up flow & down flow, co flow & counter current.
