KOPINE ® is particle board manufactured to comply with AS/NZS1859.1. It represents a range of high density (HD) and medium density (MD) reconstituted wood panels manufactured by bonding engineered pine wood particles with synthetic resins under heat and pressure. It is available in a range of thicknesses and sheet size of 2440mm x 1220mm. It is available in two grades, standard and MR (moisture resistant). Fine Surface presents a fine, uniform surface while Flake Surface shows a larger flake texture. The comprehensive range allows economic cutting of boards.

KOPINE ® particle board is easy to work with normal wood working tools as it has no grain direction so there is the same strength and appearance in all directions. This reduces waste. The fine surface layers are also pre sanded, ready for painting or laminating.

Eximcorp trades exclusively in Radiata Pine MDF from reputed mills in Australia and New Zealand. The Mills in Australia & New Zealand maintain strict environmental policies in as much as no native wood is used in the manufacture of the product. The MDF produced by these Mills have low formaldehyde emission in conformity with JAS and AS/NZS 4266:16 and also comply with regulation 93120.2 of California ARB for phase 1 and 2.

Pinepanels™ High Density MDF is an engineered composite wood panel product, made out of wood fibers glued together with synthetic resin, heat and pressure. It is also termed as dry process fiber board in technical parlance. The term ‘dry process fiber board is a generic term so called by virtue of the manufacturing process. In common parlance, Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is a generic term. Trade practice classifies High Density MDF Panels in to different types, chiefly by its constituent fibers, density, resin and usage, i.e. High Density MDF (HDF), Medium Density MDF (MDF), Low Density MDF (LDF), Ultra Low Density MDF (ULDF) and High Performance MDF.

Eximcorp offers specialty, application driven High Density MDF, engineered to meet the challenges in design and performance. Its constituent wood fiber is Radiata Pine grown in the native plantations in Australia. The wood used in the manufacture is free from pollution by previous use or presence of foreign substances that saves on cost of tools and helps smooth production flow at ends user’s factories. Radiata Pine being softwood yields light weight fibers, more or less uniform in its density which ensures a significantly higher compression of fiber and resin in the same density of Panel made from hardwood like Rubber wood or Eucalyptus or Re-cycled wood fibers. Usage of low formaldehyde emission UF or MUF resin makes it an environment friendly and safe product for your home and office.

Ximply™ structural plywood is specialty plywood different from other grades and types of plywood commonly available in the market. In this plywood, apart from the  use of high grade of WBP adhesives,  special emphasis is placed  on the species  of timber to be used, its  veneer quality and most importantly on the construction details to be observed in the manufacture of plywood to re-assure minimum performance values in applications involving permanent structures.

Ximply™ structural plywood is made exclusively and solely with Keruing natural whole piece face veneers and edge glued composed glue core veneers formed into a single sheet free from any visible open joints or gaps in its assembly. The unglued long core veneer is also a single natural whole piece contrary to several small sheets of veneer used in most other indigenous plywood in India. Single species of wood and single layer of core veneers provide an unparallel dimensional strength and stability to plywood which is absent in most other Indian plywood.

Availability options and dimensions: Ximply™ structural plywood is available in large number of thickness ranging from 3mm to 28mm. The most commonly available sheet dimension is 2440mm x 1220mm. For any specialized requirement, prior arrangement is necessary.

Pinepanels™ WBP Plywood panels are manufactured in the state-of-the-art plywood mills using 100% plantation grown homogenous radiata pine veneers.   Pinepanel Structural Plywood products are produced with composed cores and phenolic exterior resin for exceptional performance in a wide variety of interior and exterior applications. Excellent weather and boil-proofing is ensured by using fully water proof Phenolic resin as binder.

Dimensions & Availability: Pinepanels™ WBP Plywood is generally available in 2440mm x 1220mm sheet size in thickness of 6.5mm x 3 ply, 12mm x 5 ply and 18mm x 7ply.

 

Oriented Strand Board is manufactured in wide mats from cross-oriented layers of thin, rectangular wooden strips compressed and bonded together with wax and resin adhesives (95% wood, 5% wax and resin). The layers are created by shredding the wood into strips, which are sifted and then oriented on a belt or wire cauls. The mat is made in a forming line, the layers are built up with the external layers aligned in the panel's strength axis with internal layers cross-oriented. The number of layers placed is determined partly by the thickness of the panel but is limited by the equipment installed at the manufacturing site. However individual layers can also vary in thickness to give different finished panel thicknesses.  OSB has similar properties to plywood, but is uniform and cheaper.  It has replaced plywood in many environments. The most common uses are as sheathing in walls, floors, roofs, pallets and packaging applications.

Eucaply is a sustainable plywood product derived from plantation grown pine and eucalyptus trees grown and cultivated in Uruguay according to well-managed forestry practices and offers excellent performance, aesthetic, and environmental benefits.

These high-qualities, sustainable panels are designed for construction and industrial use and are available in seven grades of eucalyptus, including four proprietary grades, and three grades of Combi-panel.

Eucaply Structural Panels are truly WBP (Exterior) light density high performance panels bonded with low emitting formaldehyde resin. The panels are made with machine composed core and generally free from voids inside the panels to guarantee the best performance value. To ensure, dimensional stability of the panel, the central ply consists of two face to face laminated veneers.
