Booster is blend of specialty compounds, deposit Penetrant, Surfactants. Which boost the efficiency of any hydrocarbon used in cleaning process. It is designed to clean – decarbonise – degrease the most difficult components like open gears, bearing, chain drives etc. Any hydrocarbon with booster will clean hand sticky carbon deposits, thick- viscous oils, sticky gears etc. from any surface. This is a boon to maintenance people in any industry as cleaning is faster & better.

Thermclean GB is lube compatible speciality oil compound, deposit Penetrant, surfactants & solubalising agent which are targeted to remove and clean the carbon, viscous oil deposits from intricate & difficult to reach areas of any Gear boxes. It will remove carbon – carbonaceous deposits, viscous oil deposits, acidity etc. from the Gear box.

Macstar 2390 (VA) is manufactured from unique, proprietary IOTEX FIBRE™. This fiber has excellent heat dissipation properties and can withstand higher surface speeds ( 25 m/s, 2900 rpm ) at elevated temperatures. It is designed for all pH range. It is woven dense hence the problem of ‘through’ leakages is taken of. The break in gel type lubricant CC 180TM is added to take care of any excessive heat generation during service. All this make Macstar 2390 VA a superior product which is very gentle to shaft, works in aggressive conditions and gives performance beyond expectations.

Generally speaking, nut bolt assembly is the most important assembly in any plant. A failure to open it up smoothly leads to unnecessary wastage of time, labour and increases the shut down period. Hence this necessitates the use of expensive nut bolt opening sprays and / or upgradation of the nut bolt metallergy.

This phenomenon is seizing of nut bolts which occurs when nut bolt assembly is subjected to corrosion or high temperature or combination of both. Thus all the nut bolt assemblies in all the plants are subjected to same kind of seizing and if it is sea weather condition then the problems are in multiples.

Eximious took it as a challenge to take care of this problem totally & absolutely and came out of a solution in the form of X-Ceed 520.

X-Ceed 520 is a gel type, brushable coating which forms a continuous, monolithic, non-penetrable film over the surface which is resistant to saline weather, acidic – alkaline fumes, atmospheric corrosive gases etc. and thus protect the nut bolt assemblies absolutely.

Magic Blue™ is carefully blended water based cleaning concentrate designed to remove grease, oil, tar, and carbonaceous matter from various metal parts.

It is non-toxic, non- hazardous, biodegradable, and Eco friendly concentrate.

• Can be used for wiping, pressure spraying, ultrasonic cleaning or in immersion cleaning processes.
• Diluted with water – can be used at room temperature or heated.

Macstar 1110 is a soft, supple product launched to take care of & seal abrasive slurries, at elevated temperatures with higher rpm. It can handle a broad-based pH range of 1 to 13. It has all the good qualities of Macstar 1010. The qualities are enhanced by the special heat carrying duct and lubrication channels (within the product fibres), which carries away heat generated due to friction & internal temperature of fluid. Lubrication channels provide additional lubrications in operations. Thus the service life of the product goes up substantially. Secondly, a new method of manufacturing makes this very soft and flexible. This allows Macstar 1110 to seal the gland box completely & thus control the leakages. This product is compatible with Macstar Pac-Ex 212 HP and can be used in combination.

Macfree is a unique free size packing designed specifically for control valves or motorized valves in instrumentation industry. Control valves operate continuously to control the flow of hot Thermic fluids, steam, compressed air or any other process fluids. Macfree is designed to impart lubrication to shaft or steam of the valve which facilitates easier movements & offers excellent gland sealings as it occupies the gland area completely.

A unique blend of descaling compound which is gentle to metals but very aggressive to scales. D’scale 1000 is designed to remove scales of calcium, Magnesium, Corrosion products along with dirt, Dust off the metallic surface gently. The strong corrosion inhibitor will protect the metal absolutely while it is descaling the surface. D’scale 1000 is a non volatile liquid containing descaling accelerator, corrosion inhibitor & wetting agent.

Thermclean-OL is On-line cleaning & decarbonising compound designed to clean & decarbonise the entire thermic fluid system ON-LINE i. e. without any stoppages.

Thermclean-OL contains a powerful blend of safe & high temperature compatible blend of surfactants, corrosion inhibitor and state of art deposit penetrant. The entire thermic fluid system can be decarbonised using very small dosages of Thermclean-OL.

Thermclean-OL can be used as a preventive maintenance aid. This is to be used in following conditions:

Cooling-Aid 300 : This product contains corrosion inhibitor, polymeric dispersant, scale inhibitor designed to protect ferrous & non-ferrous metallurgy in cooling system. The regular use of this chemical would keep the system clean, free of deposits and corrosion.

Cooling-Aid 301 : This is an oxidizing micro-biocide in powered form (in brick form), which is very effective to control algae, fungi & broad spectrum microorganisms. It is effective at very small dosages. A special wood care formula in Cooling-Aid 301 enhances wood service life.

Opticare Filters - A must for your Cooling Water System

Several parameters of water quality can affect cooling system performance like TDS, pH, Alkalinity, hardness, suspended solids etc. Comparing the analytical reports of make up water and circulating water, the predictions can be made about the behavioral pattern also. But most of times, total dissolved solids may not be able to be predicated as air drawn into the cooling tower always contains dirt, dust, soot & gases etc. TDS, SS always get concentrated further. To add more, factors like wind direction, pollution levels of the area, discharge by vehicles, and discharge by neighboring companies will decide the continuous TDS, SS addition factor.

Suspended solids level is also supplemented by corrosion products produced in cooling system, microbes & slime developed, process leaks etc. Some process leak product induces microbial growth in the water resulting in more corrosion of the system.

All these particulate matter form scales with scale forming ions and foul the system with the help of slimy layers. This fouling & scale built up is harmful to the heat transfer efficiency & flow rates across the heat exchangers. Slower flow amplifies the problem more.

A unique on line cooling circuit cleaner cum descaling compound.

D'Scale - CS is a unique blend of water soluble aliphatic acid salts, corrosion inhibitor, penetrants, activity enhancers etc. Corrosion inhibitor has a strong affinity towards metallic surfaces, which imparts complete protection to ferrous as well as non - ferrous surfaces during descaling activity.

Water soluble aliphatic acid salts & activity enhancers dissolve scales quickly & completely. This will remove calcium, magnesium scales, corrosion products, dirt, dust, silt etc. D’Scale – CS can be used ON-LINE or OFF-LINE.

During on line operation, side stream filter is a must to remove suspended particles.
