Since our business mainly revolves around manufacturing various types of zippers and sliders, we have installed all best machines imported from Taiwan, Germany & Italy to meet all production deadline. At our production unit all the zippers are manufactured by automatic machine and are given best of treatment by putting ultrasonic top and bottom stopper to make the zipper nickel free and to give the zip an amazing finish.

Using non-toxic paint in the painting of slider and AZO free colors to dye these zippers, we make sure each of our designed zipper has 100% defect-free finish. We are also one of the few counted names to implement pressure dying process for color fastness. Empowered with such a world-class production section area, we also have a 100% power back up to have uninterrupted production facility.

At Krishna Zippers, each quality control procedure involves thorough checking processes by using testing machine that examine the resistance of chain to lateral load and reciprocating movement of slider, etc. In addition to this some of the other strength tests that we conduct at our factory premises for zipper and sliders are:

• Top and bottom stop holding
• Resistance to pull-off of slider pull
• Resistance to twist of pull & slider

I. Packaging Unit: We also lay complete emphasis on the packaging of all our products. We ensure that our products are packed in superior durable packaging material that further results in safety of our products till it reaches the clients end. We also take care that minimum damage is done to the consignment while loading/ unloading of the consignment to the final destination.

II. Storage Unit: We also have a large warehouse space which holds massive stocks of high quality zippers for immediate dispatch. Spacious enough to store wide products, our warehouse is also facilitated with 24 hour on-site security and ensure that high percentage of orders are fulfilled in very short time.
