Bellows Assembly

We offer a wide range of axial bellows that are available with Pipe or Flanges. The simplest type of expansion joint has a single bellows element that is welded to end fittings, usually flange or pipe ends. Small amount of axial, lateral and angular movement can be absorbed by a single bellow.

To enhance the design flexibility to a piping system, tie rods are added to a single bellows assembly. Moreover to eradicate the requirement of main anchors, the tie rods are fastened to the pipe or flange with lugs that carry the pressure thrust of the system.

Our range of rectangular bellows has a simple construction and consists of a single bellows element welded to end fittings, normally flange or pipe ends. We manufacture rectangular bellows of supreme quality. This single bellows is capable of absorbing small amount of axial, lateral and angular movement. Moreover, tie rods are added to a Single Bellows assembly to add on to the design flexibility to a piping system. These tie rods are connected to the pipe or flange with lugs that passes the pressure thrust of the system, doing away with the need for main anchors.
