Type Expert5 seals are outside mounted balanced seal, which require no shaft or sleeve step for balancing. Expert5 seal shows good performance in high vacuum conditions. Since no auxiliary equipments are needed for installation, it is very cost effective & economical. These seal can be easily installed & repaired in the field to minimized replacement costs & downtime. Main features of the Expert5 dry running seals are:

• Simple, rugged drive design that withstands shaft movement vibration & deflection.
• Seal design eliminates the need of auxiliary equipments for cooling & lubrications for mixer application.
• It eliminates the possibility of product contamination, since there is no use of barrier fluid.
• Can be used in high vacuum applications. These seals are very cost effective. Seals with bearing can be provided for vessels having greater misalignments with special arrangement.

Alfa Level

We offer conical spring unbalance seal with extremely rugged and reliable design. It is used in wide range of sealing purposes. We offer multi spring balanced seal of different models that can be functioned as fixed and replaceable bellow face. Face material used in the replaceable version of the spring balanced seal offers flexibility in the selection of material that is used to seal the media. Flexibility in the material used in it offers easy removal and replaceable. It is highly desirable in various applications. The spring mechanical seal is used in acids, alkalis and for extremely corrosive services. The raw material used for the manufacturing of spring balanced seal includes:

We offer multi spring unbalanced seal that are used for general-purpose multi-coil spring unbalanced seals. The shaft fretting in the spring unbalanced seal is minimized to lower the spring loads provided through wedge or ‘O’ rings. The narrow cross section and compact design of shaft fretting enables it to occupy less stuffing box area. Spring unbalanced seals or spring mechanical seal can be easily assembled from dismantled form through circlip. It can be changed to balance version by simply merely by changing the carbon face and can be provided with single, double or tandem arrangement with external seal support systems & devices. Our multi spring unbalanced seal are used in Petrochemicals, Light Hydrocarbons and general industrial fluids. For efficiency of unbalanced steel we use raw materials such as carbon, ceramic, TC, PTFE and GFT.

We offer rubber bellows seal which provides high degree of axial flexibility to compensate the lack of concentricity of the shaft and misalignment. Further, it reduces wear due to thrust movement of the shaft. Such rubber bellows seals can be used regardless of direction of rotation. The rubber bellow which fits on the shaft enhances the required driving torque. In such seals there are no bonded joints and the face materials are interchangeable without modifying any dimensions.
