The process or purifying of oils include taking impure oil into the system through the inlet ball valve and then pumping it through a positive displacement pump. Before this complicated process, a filter removes solid particles up to 1mm size and magnetic particles.
The process then include heating the oil up to 60°c, later passing it through the cartridge filters, where particles up to 5 microns are filtered. We manufacture our range of Vacuum Drying Autoclaves as per clients' requirements. Our company is also engaged in making high performance autoclaves which increase the efficiency and performance of any plant. This equipment comprises a vacuum autoclave in which a cylinder containing a piston is situated at one end. This cylinder can be closed at the end by a hollow piston containing a condenser casing.
The cylinder is evacuated through a port and there is a piston given to close the port. When the piston is lowered to close the cylinder, immediately an injection valve is opened to fill the cylinder with an impregnating substance.
When the injection valve is shut the piston slowly presses the impregnant out through the neck of the condenser casing. The process then increases the pressure till the ejection valve opens it and a blast of gas appears to clean the cylinder to remove any remaining impregnant.

It is designed as per the schematic diagram attached and is used for varnish impregnation to be carried out in following steps (???):
Pre-heating the jobs in either Impregnation Chamber or Oven.
Evacuation of Impregnation Chamber (after putting the jobs) to make the voids in the jobs clear and drying of jobs for specific time & required temperature / vacuum.
Induction of impregnant (Varnish) in the Impregnation Chamber from impregnant Tank to submerge the jobs in it.
Pressurize the Impregnation Chamber with dry air or nitrogen to fill the voids with impregnant.
Return the varnish to impregnant Tank.
Evacuate the Impregnation Chamber and cure the jobs either in impregnation Chamber or in Oven for specific time.....(Not Re-phrased)
