Recent CNG dispenser upgrades and refurbishing
In many cases we are able to repair / upgrade you’re damaged or out dated CNG dispensers at a fraction of the cost of replacing it with new dispensers. The example in this illustration is an older out of date CNG dispensers where the tube style breakaway system failed during a drive away causing sever damage to the dispenser cabinet as well as the internal high pressure components.
We where able to salvage some of the internal components of the damaged original dispensers, we replaced the SS cabinet as well as most of the SS tubing and fittings. We upgraded the dispenser electronic registers as well as 3 bank sequencing and electronic pressure temperature compensation devise. We also replaced the Tube style breakaway systems with the proven Inline breakaway system from Staubli. The dispenser was completely functional and pressure tested for correct operation before this unit was shipped back to the customer for re-installation. D&D Industries was contracted as well to re-install this CNG dispenser. |
