We manufacture / fabricate broad range of equipments for large steel plants. These are special custom made equipments made of wide range of materials like MS, CS, SS, copper, aluminum and inconel. We also fabricate large water cooled pipe elbow structures, hydraulically/pneumatically operated slide gates/valves, special purpose mechanisms, water cooled panels made of copper pipes and silos. We also do special welding jobs like chromium carbide hard facing, reconditioning of crane wheels etc.

A range of pressure vessels / columns / reactors, made of carbon steel (CS), stainless steel (SS) and low alloy steel (LAS) is manufactured that are used for various industrial applications. These equipments are tested with NDT like DPT, MPT, UT / RT and hydro tested as per ASME code. We also perform stress reliving (SR) and surface treatments like sand blasting and painting.
 

We have 600 MT hydraulic press with 4.5 meter width for pressing of dished end of upto 50 mm thickness, in petals and in single piece. We also have 300 MT of press for various forming jobs.
