These are production counters that are highly reliable compare to any conventional mechanical pull and push type counters. The counters from Faco automation are reliable and durable due to the reason that it is non- contact, Electro mechanical, impulse voltage principle and 6-digit type.

The counters are non-contact means there is no mechanical link between counter and the press. Instead it is electronically operated to count the production therefore a very high life time is assured to it automatically. This in tern reduces replacement cost of defective mechanical counters on regular interval of time when a year is accounted properly.

The counters are protected from environment with proper enclosures and assembled and circuited at Faco automation to ensure longer working cycle and it needs a 230 V ac input to operate.

All mechanical type equipments like presses; shearing machines and hydraulic presses need not be fitted with only mechanical type counter that is why Faco Automation offers a change in such application through this solution. Now it is mechanical presses with Electronically operated production counters.

Faco pneumatic strip feeders are compact, robust design equipment for the synchronized feeding of flat, round, profiled, hollow, square, rectangular or triangular shaped long and continuous components into the production machines. This is used to feed the components continuously without delay time into machines like mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, pneumatic presses or any other production equipment. These components can be made up of metal, plastic, wood, textile, etc. This feeder equipments not only saves time and also increases productivity through maximum utilization of production machines.

Decoilers are used in press shops and other engineering applications where in the sheets are wires in the form of coil is being unwound in a mechanized way to feed the same to the next stage.

Faco Automation offers special purpose equipment Pin feeding attachment for center-less grinding machine. This attachment is used to feed longer pins into the center-less grinding machine automatically without the use of manpower. This retrofitting make the existing conventional centerless grinding machine into an unmanned automatic high productive machine for mass volume of jobs in the form of pins. The special feature of this machine is that the machine is fully automatic, synchronized with the center-less grinding machine. It is pneumatically driven and electronically controlled for productivity. The machine can be loaded up to 1000 pins at a time for a lot. The minimum and maximum diameter of the pin is unlimited. (1mm to any diameter). The length of the pin can be up to 1000 mm depending upon the model of the attachment. The machine gives and alarm and stops the whole operation incase of any fault and if the loaded pins are processed. This machine needs 6bar/dry/lubricated/filtered air supply to run it. This machine also needs 230V AC electrical supply. Custom built design is possible.

This is a special purpose machine tool for unmanned operation in Pin grinding applications. This machine can be used to grind and finish the ends TIPS of cut pins. The pins will be free from burr, end projections, inclined cross sectional surfaces and makes it with flat perfect tips with equal lengths with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm. This machine is suitable for mass production of pins up to 6000-7000 pieces per shift with the dimensions varying from 3mm – 10 mm in diameter and 15mm to 25mm in lengths in batches. This machine can be synchronized with the center less grinding machine in order to have better process control like finishing outer diameter and then finishing the tips. The machine is operated pneumatically and controlled electrically to have unmanned operation. The machine possess a bowl feeder in its construction and thus requires an electrical supply input of 440v Ac. 3 Phase 50 Hz and a pneumatic input of 6 bar dry lubricated air is required for the machine. The power required is 2 HP and air consumption is 5 CFM. In order to dress the grinding wheel in the machine, an auto/ Manual provision is available to accomplish this task. This machine is suitable for products which needs hardened or soft pins in mass volumes like Automotive chains, Needle, Zips, chain Conveyor, Automobile parts, Bearing rollers, Instrument parts, Measuring device parts and Job working Professionals.
