Ltd. is a professionally managed group engrossed in manufacturing, supplying & exporting of Automatic Dipper, a highly sophisticated typical electronic cum electric device that switches head lamps of an automobile to dipper mode (low beam) automatically. Autodip does this within a fraction of seconds when a high beam light of an on coming vehicle falls on the windscreen and again it changes over from dipper mode to main beam automatically the moment the on coming vehicle passes off.

With focus on innovative product development & higher road safety for drivers and travelers, we engineered a range of technically upgraded products. One such highlighting product is the AUTODIP (Automatic Dippers) in 12 volts & 24 volts for LMV & HMV.
The object of the invention of this AUTODIP is to obviate this drawback by providing an Automatic Dipper which dips the high beam with the light falling on the vehicle from the on coming vehicle. The configuration of the device is simple in order to enable any driver or auto electrician to install it. The device is suitable for the use either with negative earth system or positive earth system with slightly different but simple external connections.
In addition to automatic dipper, we also manufacture auto light switch, light sensors, road safety devices. Development of highly sophisticated automatic dippers for aircraft & railways is also in the process. |  |

• Fam India’s Automatic Dipper (AUTODIP) is a duly approved device by the Govt. of India and confirms to, “IS:4062.” Vide test report no. EL/C00738 Dated- 09.06.04 Regional Testing Centre Northern Region, Govt. of India under identification make AUTODIP, the Automatic Dipper and Road Safety Device 12 Volt and 24 Volt and has satisfactory passed and observed the specified values as per IS:No. 4062.
• The device certified by– STQC Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Govt. of India vide Test Certificate No. ERTL(N)/ 90(4)- 2K5 / e9155 Dated: 03.08.2005.
• The device is patented under Indian Patent No. 819 / DEL / 2000 / 11096 / Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India. | |
• The AUTODIP is also registered and approved by the registrar of Trademarks, Govt. of India as well as copyright by copyright office New Delhi vide reg. no. A77622 / 2006 Dated 13.11.2006 by Govt. of India.
• As per the Gazette Notification by Govt. of India fitting of Automatic Dipper is now compulsory in all kinds of Motor Vehicles (four wheelers) having engine capacity above 500 Cc as per Motor Vehicle Act as published in Extraordinary Gazette (RAJPATRA) by Govt. of India under Order & Notification no. GSR 29(E) in the Ministry of Surface Transport (Transport Wing) dated 15 Jan. 1998 as amended Central Motor Vehicle Rules. | |
The various approvals conferred by government agencies speak loud about our quality consciousness. Hence, our quality control mechanism starts from the very first stage of raw material procurement. We procure raw materials & other intermediary parts from ISO certified manufactures across the domestic as well as international markets.
Further, stringent quality monitoring is done at each level of product development. Once the products is ready quality analysis tests are done as per industry set standards in our in-house lab and also by Govt. testing agencies. Tests are done after regular interval of each lot before the dispatch of consignment and also after any change & modification in the product during the manufacturing process. | |
