At Fancy Knit Exports, we have exceptional manufacturing facilities backed by an adapt team of professionals which includes qualified designers and extremely talented craftsmen. Our manufacturing unit is spread in an area of 6000 square feet and has separate sections equipped with high-tech machines and modern tools to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the company. These includes:

• Cutting Machines
• Layout Machines
• Embroidery Machines
• Button Fixing Machines

Apart from these, we have in-house sampling and fabric inspection facilities and adequate packaging arrangements.

Our production capacity of basic styles is about 2000 pieces per day and that of fancy styles is 1500 pieces per day. The work environment is conducive and cordial which leads to a smooth operation of the unit and a successful execution of even urgent orders.

Our unit is backed by a deft team of professionals from top to bottom. They possess a wealth of experience and are highly qualified in their arena of work. Our designers possess certified degrees and have an edge over others in designing outfits in fabulous patterns and styles. They handle the equipment with expertise and go into minute details to ensure the smooth running of the unit. Our production team is trained to deliver the goods within the stipulated time irrespective of the quantity, with an eye on the maintenance of quality at each step.

PRINTING DEPARTMENT

We have a specialised printing department where we undertake the consignments for discharge printing and reactive printing and various forms of tie and dye patterns.
