Faraghan Carpet Company

Faraghan Carpet Company was established in 1973 by Mohmad Sultan Beigh, Managing partner of the company. Although being in this export for decades, their ancestral business, Mr. Beigh ventured in export soon after he was confered National Award for Excellence by Late Prime Minister of India on the 25th Indipendence Day Ceremony by Government of India. Mr Beigh dreamed always to bring his company in the exporter leagve from Kashmir. His main motivation gained was his exposure from his ancistorsss.

Faraghan Carpet Company's experimental production of silk carpet was first mile stone.Till then nobody from kashmir Valley was producing silken Carpets. We are often called as pioneer of silk carpets from kashmir.

Till date all the carpets are made under personal supervision and stringent quality standards are followed by special artisians who are known for their quality arts and designing capability. Faraghan Carpet Company has always proved benificial to this company by adding new designs and new patrons to it every now and then.
