 Structured Packings & Internals
Our company is engaged in the manufacturing of structured packings & internals, which are used wherever miscible/azeotropic liquid-liquid separation is critical. Some of the industries include:

- Aromatics and other industries
Further, our range of structured packings in sheet metal and wire gauze provide high separation efficiency (low HETP), which results in reducing the column height and thus cost saving.
These packings are available in standard and exotic metals at 450 and 600 crimp angles and surface areas of 60-1000 m2/m3.. S Some of the features of these packings are:
- Low pressure drop
- Excellent wetting characteristics due to special surface treatment.
- High voidage gives light-weight.
- High vapor load ie high capacity.
- Lower reflux ratios.
- Lower pressure drop results in lower energy costs.
- Very high contact area between the rising vapor and the down coming liquid.
- Easy separation/purification of low boiling component at the top and high boiling ones at the bottom as desired products.
Further, our Grid Packing is also an excellent choice for applications having problems of fouling, erosion, high solid content etc. These can be removed, cleaned and replaced quite easily. Besides packings, other internal accessories like feed plates, dispenser plates, distributors, support plates, bed limiters, collector plates etc. are required for a mass-transfer column/tower. We manufactures all tower internals in a variety of metals.

 Static Mixers
Our company offers a wide range of static mixers for liquid-liquid mixing wherever it is difficult by conventional operation. The static mixer finds excellent use when homogeneous solutions of highly viscous liquids are required in the process. It is also suitable for liquids with very low viscosity, poor solubility and for making emulsions.
Further, stainless steel, other exotic metals, PTFE and FRP are used for both mixing elements and the external housing depending on the process requirement.

 Random Packings & Internals
We offer a number of conventional and customized high-performance random packings [Raschig Rings, Intallox Saddles, Pall Rings, Fenix Rings, Cylindrical Rings etc.] that give very good options to maximize output and efficiency. Except some proprietary items, our company supplies any type and almost any size of random packings. Our range of random packings and column/tower internals Are use in sectors like chemicals, refineries, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, dyes & intermediates, aromatics and other industries.
We provide random packings in Polypropylene, Carbon Steel, Ceramic, Stainless Steels and PVDF and Internals like liquid distributors, multi beam supports, bed limiters, support grids etc for random packing applications.
Our range of random packings & internals are available to suit most commercial applications ranging from 16 to 90 mm or equivalent. Specification of packing size is a design consideration based on capacity, efficiency and process requirements. It is usually the lowest cost tower/column packing that satisfies temperature and corrosion requirements.

 Sieve Trays, Bubble Caps & Valve Trays
Our company is a trusted name in designing & manufacturing stainless steel (SS 304, 316, 304L, 316L & 316Ti) high-efficiency fractionating trays consisting of vapor/liquid contacting decks to meet specific process requirements to suit any column size up to 2.5 m diameter.
Our Bubblecap Trays, which consists of bell shaped caps fixed to cylindrical risers through which the vapour passes the tray deck, function effectively over wide turndown range without weeping. We have sieve trays, which are mechanically the simplest of the trays, are uniformly perforated metallic plates with round holes.
Our range of valve trays have perforated tray decks, which are fitted with moveable discs or valves to vary the tray open area with changing vapour load. Trays as the vapour-liquid contacting device are less efficient compared to structured packings for mass-transfer operations and are used when the systems do not need quite high number of theoretical stages for separation.

 Cartridge Trays
Our range of cartridge trays is the perfect hardware solution for distillation columns that are less than 3 feet (0.9m) in diameter and have a unique need for trays. We design and manufacture high-efficiency cartridge trays upto 900 mm diameter in carbon steel and stainless steel (304 and 316).
Furthermore, cartridge trays can be installed much faster than traditional ring-supported trays. On the other hand, cartridge trays are not as simple as traditional trays, and the key to success lies in understanding how the cartridge trays are configured, specified and installed.
We also offer traditional sieve trays, bubble caps & valve trays, including services to provide installation, hydraulic design, mechanical design, etc.

 Amine Contactors, H2S Strippers
Our company has the strength to model and design high-efficiency petroleum processing columns such as Amine Contactors and H2S Strippers and the related mechanical design. Our range of structured packing is used as column internal for these equipments. The basic design consideration is to estimate stripping gas required for hydrogen sulphide for H2S Strippers. For Amine contactors, the design basis is the specified ppm level concentration of amine in the exit gas.
We also offer other Internals for Oil & Gas sector apart from variety of packings and other internals for mass-transfer towers and columns.

 Vane Pack Modules
The mist laden gas stream passes through the parallel vane plates and is forced to change direction several times. The mist droplets are separated by the subsequent centrifugal forces and are collected on the vane blades. This coalesced liquid film is then drained through slits or pockets to a liquid sump prior to drainage to the liquid compartment of the vessel. Size of mist droplets than we can separate = 10 µm or larger (under atmospheric pressure). Maximum pressure drop = 10 mbar
