About UsFiber-Teknik was established in 1995, having 25 years of experience with fiber industries in various capacities like technology transfer, project procurement, erection & commissioning, plant maintenance, later indigenous development of complete spinning plants, etc.
We process various grades of alloys confirming to ASTM, EN, AISI, DIN, JIS, standards; precipitation hardening steel (carpenter 455, 17-4 ph, SUS 630) H-11, M-2 & 4, SUS 420-J2, stellite, tungsten carbide, aluminum monel, hestelloy & engineering polymers like zytle, delrin, ZX, PTFE etc. We also undertake special thermal treatments & manufacturing of special steel alloys specifically for spinning packs.
According to customer’s drawings/specifications, samples, we manufacture manifolds, pump blocks, spinning pack assemblies, interfloor tubes, quench cabinets, annealer drive shafts & rolls, cutter reels. In association with premier research institutions & reverse engineering we have successfully developed spinning packs, polymer & spin finish metering pump spares, metered finish application systems, ceramic (plasma) coated parts, crimper rolls, wet chamber/stuffing box plates, doctor plates etc. |
