FICCI Research and Analysis Centre, commonly known as FRAC, is a Research and Analysis Laboratory of international repute and a “Centre of Excellence” for food analysis, safety, quality control and pre-export inspection and certification. It was established in 1989 under the competent aegis of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and Confederation of Indian Food Trade and Industry (CIFTI). It is an autonomous body registered under the Societies Registration Act and supported by Ministry of Food Processing Industry, Government of India. FRAC is an ISO: 9001-2008 certified, NABL accredited and BIS approved laboratory
