Fiji Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is in the business of design, manufacture and supply of Voltage Stabilizer, CVT, Isolation Transformer, Inverters, Battery Charger, Control Panel and other allied electronic products. The Company was started in 1985 as a partnership firm by Mr. Sanat Kumar Banerjee and Mr. Niranjan Das. Within a period of two years, with the dedicated effort of the promoters and the employees, the firm successfully launched quality products and developed a brand equity in the name “FIJI”. With the growth in business, the promoters under business compulsion incorporated a private limited company in November, 1987 and took over the entire business activities of the original partnership firm with all assets and liabilities.
