Our organization, 'Filcomps', commenced its working in the year 2003. Operating as a Sole Proprietorship Firm, we are engaged in manufacturing, supplying, importing and exporting of Rubber Components, Rubber Rings for Automobile Industry. Only high quality polymers procured from USA, Europe, South Korea and domestic markets are used to process our range. Developed through advanced technology, using high grade raw material, our range exhibits certain features like low temperature flexibility, raw material strength and precision design. These are widely used by the clients belonging to different sectors such as automobile, irrigation, electronic appliances, engineering and others.

At our unit, we have developed state-of-the-art infrastructure, which supports us in each activity that we undertake. Our professionals are abreast with the knowledge of industry developments and latest market trends. We process and test these products at our in-house quality testing and R & D lab for visual, physical and chemical attributes. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization and strictly follow both system and process requirements, detailed in the ISO manual. We are instrumental in manufacturing, supplying, and exporting a broad range of Rubber Components for Automobile & other Industry . Made using high grade rubber and other raw material, our elaborative range includes  Rubber 'O' Rings, TPE Components, Rubber Moulded Components, Rubber & Metal Bonded Components, Rubber Lathe Cut Washers, Rubber Grommets and Filter Seal Rings. Additionally, we also provide Rubber Washers, Metal to Rubber Bonded Components, Rubber Gaskets, Flat Sealing Rings and others. All these products are fabricated using raw material like Nitrile, Neoprene, EPDM or in other polymers. Clients use our range across different sectors including automobile, electronic, appliances, irrigation and others.

We also have Plastisol like PVC compound, Customized Rubber Parts, Rubber Gaskets, Polyurethane and Epoxy. All these products are actively used in applications including bonding rubber to plastic or metal. These are used in railways and in automobile & electrical industry.

In our laboratory, various tests are conducted on the final range being offered. For better assurance, we attach the lab and test reports along with the batch number and manufacturing date on the packing slip. At Antharasanahalli Industrial Area, Tumkur, Karnataka (India), our organization has developed its manufacturing unit in an expended area. Our ultra-modern machinery and manufacturing facilities have enabled us to fabricate variegated line of rubber and filter components. With the help of our enthusiastic workforce and advanced production & technologies, we are able to process about 15 tons of material every month, that is, about producing more than 2.5 to 3 million pieces/month.

Inspection Room:

• Latest testing & inspecting equipment like profile projector, magnifying lens and gauges to visually check the cut marks, molding defects, blowholes and exactness of the component
