Incepted in the year 2007, Fill-n-pack Machinaries is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of pouch packaging machines. Our assortment is well acclaimed for its features such as high efficiency, less power consumption and good finishing. These are extensively used in the areas including health care products, food manufacturing and processing, confectionary and food and beverage.
Our founder Mr. K. V. Antony has a working experience of 25 years in packaging field and has knowledge in designing & development of new concepts in packaging technology. Our range includes vertical form fill seal machine, pneumatic form fill seal machine, flow wrap machine, candy wrapping machine, on-edge pillow wrapping machine, liquid & powder packaging machine etc. His excellent guidance has helped us to reach in a reputed position in the industry. We have branches for our company in Kerala, Chennai, Indore and Dubai. Our plant situated at S.G.M. Nagar is spread over an area of 2000 square feet. It comprises 2 plants with 3 divisions. Now we are planning for technological up gradation such as implementation of P.L.C, servo control systems and high speed machines.
We procure raw material on self basis and also from various vendors and conduct stringent quality checks such as incoming inspections, process level inspections, final trial inspections and testing after packing CE marking. We already participated in the trade shows including IPMA, Printing and Packaging and Aahara (Food Exhibition). All these factors have helped us to achieve goodwill in the domestic markets and in international markets such as Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and Bangladesh. Our Modern Manufacturing Unit
We have a modern manufacturing unit which is our strength. It helps us to meet all kind of bulk demands from the markets. Our manufacturing unit is spread over an area of 2000 square feet with an installed capacity of 15 machines per month. Our unit is supported by an in-house design unit with CAD/ CAM facility. We make use of computers for clerical works as well as accounts and drawings & designing. We have design facilities such as Auto Cad for drawing R&D facilities and separate R& D divisions.
