The new Arctic Star Refrigeration dryer range treats compressed air efficiently; meeting the user needs and eliminating the problems associated with wet, untreated air in compressed air systems. Due to the unique design of the heat exchanger, the dryers are not considered to be pressure vessels. Low operating costs, modern design and up to 65% less refrigerant is what makes this dryer unique in its field.

ZANDER KMT The built-in X grade filter efficiently removes any dirt particles, condensed water and oil aerosols down to a filtration level of 0.01 micron leaving the air entering the dryer ready to be dried. For flows up to 85m³/h. All the parts are built into a module, the control valve in a base plate, and the non-return valve and regeneration system in a cover plate. The compact absorber vessels and the direct mounted pre and after filters combine to give high performance with minimum space requirements.

The fully electronic ecodrain removes condensate from compressed air and gasses without any compressed air escaping. It ensures efficient, automatic drainage, taking into account fluctuations in condensate due to temperature, pressure and system load.

The KTA Carbon Cartridge utilises a cartridge full of activated carbon vs the activated carbon fiter media impregnate.

The activated carbon absorber is filled with a special grade of activated carbon for the removal of oil vapour down to a residual oil content of 0,003mg/m3 +- 10,000 operation hours. The series AKN is frame mounted and includes a pressure gauge and oil indicator.

of up to 350 bar and pressure dew points down to -70°C.

The OPTIMUM and TEC44 Solenoid drain are an automatic electrically operated drain valve, with a user defined discharge interval. The drain has a TEST facility and is extremely reliable. An in-line strainer is supplied as a recommended accessory.

The fully electronic ecodrain LS condensate drain only allows the unwanted condensate out of the compressed air system. It prevents the escape of compressor air and therefore saves enormous running costs. The quantity monitoring function works on all types of compressed air condensate, from 100% oil to 100% water. The range is internally and externally corrosion-proof and is suitable for handling aggressive oil free condensate.

Three layers of the micro fibre filter medium between Nomex* supporting material prevent the penetration of micro-organisms and ensure added filter stability. Between the stainless steel support cylinders the filter layer is secured with epoxy resin to the stainless steel end caps.

The HB filter element has an absolute retention rate of 0.01 micron in gas and compressed air. With the help of pleated depth media with a voids volume of 95% the flow rate could be increased several times while maintaining a low differential pressure.
