It is promoted by Shri Vinod Kumar Pant who is a qualified engineer with an experience of 20 years in the field of manufacturing Bandsaw machine along with its sales & services. He also has 10 years of vital experience with M/s Indore Tools Ltd. Indore (M.P.), an established manufacturer of Bandsaw machines. In 2003, he started his own proprietorship company in MIDC, Bhosari Pune (Maharastra) with the name of M/s SHARPEDGE MACHINE TOOLS. The company had the capacity to manufacture Double Coloum Bandsaw Machines, within the diameter range of 150 mm to 1500 mm. Same year, he shifted the manufacturing plant to Indore (M.P.), under the name of M/s FINECUT MACHINE TOOLS. With his hard work and dedication, today the company has emerged as one of the prestigious manufacturers of BANDSAW MACHINES in the country.

We possess high tech infrastructural facilities that enable us to fulfill the varied demands of our esteemed clients. The facilities include a manufacturing unit and a design unit. The production unit is spread over an area of 5000 square feet and has a flexible production capacity, depending on the amount of orders received by us.
