We are offering a wide range of CNC profile cutting machines, which is a modem gantry type dual drive CNC profile cutting machine suitable for oxy-acefylene and plasma cutting applications. The CNC profile culling machines are available in different sizes, which accommodate cutting widths from 2 mtrs to 6 mtrs.

The CNC profile cutting machines are user friendly and reliable. They are available with various options, from a simple cost effective system to a fully featured system. The machine has a cutting speed range 70-4000 mn/min. and with rapid traverse of 10,000 mm/min. Motorized cutter post with auto height sensing, as an option is available for oxy fuel or plasma torches. The longitudinal drive is a dual drive through rack and pinion. The transverse drive is rack and pinion for the Master cutter post and through a cutter rope pulley system for the subsequent cutter posts.

We offer a wide range of portable profile cutting machines, that is a portable lightweight radial arm profile cutting machine capable of cutting profile of 30 mm to 2000 mm by suitably mounting the template on the machine. The portable profile cutting machines can be easily moved with the ball castors provided with it.

The radial arm has thrust ball and needle roller bearings for free and frictionless movements for accuracy in cutting. We are engaged in the manufacturing of pug cutting machines, which is a powerful driven tool used in the cutting of mild steel plate up to 75 mm thick vertical cuts or bevel up to 45 deg. Our range of pug cutting machines can be made by the following methods :

• Straight line cuts of any length with the machine running on an aluminum track available in length of 1 -8 mtr. and multiples.
• Circle from 75-1140 mm. Diameter when using the circle cutting attachment.
