We, at Fine Diewax Casting Limited, are a prominent name engaged in production & supply of investment casting components of ferrous & non-ferrous metals & alloys using the lost wax process. The company has a production capacity of 20m tons per month.

We are a Public Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, on Dec, 1995. We are also registered as a SSI unit under Registration No. 04/01 43647 1998. The Company has 3 full time Directors, namely,

  • Shri Ishwarbhai. G. Patel Having long experience in related technology.
  • Shri Vithalbhai. G. Patel: Having industry related experience of over 15 years.
  • Shri Deepakbhai. G. Patel: Having an experience of over 20 years as production incharge.

Our directors are well conversant with different processes of investment casting and looking after production, marketing, finance, purchase, administration etc.

Quality Reports
At Fine Diewax, strict quality control checks are carried out at different stages of production to see that all the process parameters are maintained. We also prepare & generate reports for different quality checks conducted by us. Some of the QC reports documented by us are:
  • Die Inspection Report: Quality checking report of die inspection test. This report is not given to customer, however on request we can provide it to customer.


  • Wax Pattern Inspection Report: This is documented batch wise & is used for our process controls only.


  • Methoding System: In methoding system, the assembly details, coating, cycle, melting parameters are documented in forms of drawing. According to our policy of management, the report is not issued to the clients in any condition. In shelling schedule, number of coats, drying hours, viscosity of slurry, humidity & other things are recorded to check the different process parameters.

Quality Policy
Fine Diewax Casting Limited is an investment castings manufacturer, hence it is essential to cater the castings of intricate shapes with precise tolerances as per IS:11199:1984. To achieve this objective, it is unavoidably important to maintain strict quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.

The company has separate departments for die development, shelling, pattern moulding department, felting department, melting department, die waxing department.



Quality Checking in Die Development
Proper checking is done at the time of assembling the pattern. Depending on the type of components slurry coatings are done to prepare the shells. On every occasion of coating, proper checking is carried out & each shell is checked & sand, dust & other particles are removed.


R & D

We spend a big share of our revenues on continuous R & D to keep pace with changing environment and technology and ever increasing competition. The research team is constantly involved in developing new methods for improving each process of investment casting. The team also helps us to reduce rejection level, which always remains on higher side in investment casting process.


  • Heat Report: It is documented for the melting department to record various process parameters like ferro-additions, melt temperature, pouring temperature, pouring speed, pouring rate etc. This report is also not for customers.
  • Final Casting Inspection Report: The report is documented batch wise & one copy is always provided to customers with invoice.
  • Sample Casting Inspection Report: This report is documented for sample castings only. Here, we first provide the samples to customers for their approval & after receiving a written approval the actual production taken place. One copy of report is always issued to customers for their approval.
  • Test Certificate: Test certificate is specially issued with authentic guarantee for chemical composition.



Quality Checking Process
Various quality control checks are minutely carried out at different stages of production to ensure defect free products.

  • Die designs are carried out after proper analysis of product drawing or sample. To obtain the dimensions & features of a product at the end of process, it is essential to add proper shrinkage allowance to every dimension. After inspection, if the die is find good by quality checking department, it is sent to the pattern moulding department for sampling process.
  • Wax preparation is done with suitable mixing to get hardness & to make sure that the same is melted at certain temperature.
  • For slurry preparation: viscosity checking & proper mixing of zercon flour & silica solution is done to ensure stirring for the stipulated level of duration.
  • Each wax pattern is inspected for accurate formation & breakages. Different patterns are individually checked & unwanted portions are replaced.
