Distillation Trays
We provide different types of conventional counter flow trays that are suitable for any column size. We use different types of metallic material that passes through punching and bending processes to fabricate these trays. In addition we can also use other processes to suit the individual project or maintenance requirement of our clients. The custom fabrication of trays or tray parts to complete installation also decides the usage of work.

Structured Packing
Our range of structured packing are offered with a specific mass transfer surface areas of (sq.m/cu.m) of 60, 125, 250, 350, 500 & 750. We use premium quality SS 304, SS 304L, SS 316, SS 316L, 254 SMO, 904 L and other material for production. They are used in the following industries:
- Ranging from laboratory columns to large scale process systems
- Solvent recovery
- Close boiling components distillation
- Azeotropic distillation.
- High vacuum process columns
- Suitable for both batch & continuous distillation systems
Their excellent mass transfer surface area and high efficiency makes our products superior than shorter columns. Characteristics:

Structured Grid Packing
We offer a wide variety of structured grid packing from FINEPAC ® that are used in fouling, erosion, coking and high solids content. This is installed in a rigid module stacked in successive layers that are removable and replaceable. These are exclusively designed to minimize the overall pressure drop and at the same time increase the capacity of the tower. Different types of steel and alloy material is used for the construction of the modules. Special features:

Static Mixer
Our range of static mixers is used in mixing of different liquids, fluids and material in the process industry. Our mixers provides power-efficient mixing and do not involve the moving part as mixing aids during its inline mixing operation. We use Stainless Steel, Exotic metals, PTFE & FRP for mixing elements and external housing as well. The components are pumped at the inlet of the mixing unit that comprises of static mixing elements. The fluids are directed radically outwards and inwards along with continuous flow of fluid in the forward direction. The speed of the movement can be changed with adding more number of mixing elements along with changing the angle of movement by consequent elements. The mixed fluid comes out at the other end. Random Packing
We offer a wide variety of conventional and customized random packings to choose from and are meant to maximize the output levels of different processes. With low chances of breakage than ceramic packings, metal random packings are perfect for deep beds. It blends easily with packing geometries and can withstand higher temperatures. Its excellent wetting ability further generates higher yields as compared to ceramic or plastic packings. Finepac's ® random packing range includes:
