Brinell Hardness Testing Machines (Model : AKB-3000)

We are a name to rely upon for supplying Brinell hardness testing machines that are applicable for measurement of hardness of steel & other ferrous and on non-ferrous material. It can test cast, forged or rolled material of any shape, be it flat, round or irregular. Specially used for production testing, these machines are provided with a unique design of a floating fulcrum lever system for ensuring stability, accuracy and dependability.

Dead weight type load application system combined with mechanical lever system
Supporting hydraulic system is for initial lifting of load before each test & damping the load application system for smooth application of load
Test loads from 500 to 3000 kgf in steps of 250kgf
Height X Throat: 380 X 200 mm
Indentation measurement by Brinell Microscope of 25 X magnification
Special test fixtures for odd jobs / production testing (Optionally available)

Optical Brinell Hardness Testing Machines (Model : OPAB-3000)

Our optical Brinell hardness testing machines are specially designed with a robust, C-type load frame for carrying out the production testing of cast or forged components like leaf springs and cam shafts. Widely used for the measurement of Brinell hardness value, these machines are ideal for foundries and engineering industry for the production line. These machines deliver speedy and automatic operations and are offered to our clients in the following specifications:

High test speed with less operator fatigue
Cycle time (except loading / unloading): 12 seconds per test
Load stages: 750 kgf and 3000 kgf
Optical measuring equipment: With 14 X magnification
All automatic operations except job loading / unloading, push button operation, pushing cycle start and de-clamp buttons
Computerized model available (With built in CCD and suitable advanced software)

Brinell Impression Measurement system (BIMS)

We have in store for our clients, an industrially verified range of Brinell impression measurement system that is used as an accessory of Brinell hardness tester. These impression measurement systems are provided with special software for calculating Brinell hardness value automatically. Conforming to the standards of IS:2281, these impression measurement systems can be connected to computer for getting the display of impression on computer.
