Analogue Universal Testing Machines (Model:TUN)

Widely used for various tests like tension, compression and tranverse, these analogue universal testing machines offer loading accuracy within ±1% that lies in conformation with IS:1828 / BS:1610. Computerized Universal Testing Machines (Model : TUE-C)

We have in store for our clients, computerized universal testing machines that are used for automatic data capturing, storage and graphic display. These computerized universal testing machines are provided with on line display of load & extension for recording, storage and retrieval of results & details. Fully automatic, accurate and user friendly, our computerized universal testing machines are provided with the following specifications:

Analogue cum Computerized Universal Testing Machines (Model : TUE-CN)

Our clients can avail from us, a specialized range of analogue cum computerized universal testing machines that are used for dual purpose. Though one system can be used at a time, the DC valve of our analogue cum computerized universal testing machines is provided which directs oil flow to the control panel. These machines are provided with both analogue and computerized control panel and are thus high functional and efficient.

Electronic Extensometer (Model: FEE-5)

Available with us, is a highly reliable range of electronic extensometers used extensively for measuring stress & Young’s modulus values on tensile or universal testing machines. Delivering a measuring range up to 5mm and resolution of 0.001mm, these extensometers are provided with standard two fixed gauge lengths of 25 & 50 mm. In these extensometers, stress corresponding to a certain allowable amount of plastic deformation is termed as proof stress for brittle material such as high carbon steels, alloy steels, light aluminum, and magnesium alloys where yielding values gets difficult. The measurement accuracy of these extensometers are in line with the requirements of class-I as per IS:12872:1990 and to meet the specific requirements of our clients, these can also be made available in different sizes gauge lengths at an additional cost. These extensometers are provided with a computerized UTM and special menu driven application software, if these are ordered with a computerized UTM.
