Micro Vickers Hardness Testing Machines (Model : FMV-1) We are instrumental in offering our clients with micro Vickers hardness testing machines that are used to determine hardness on surface coatings, extremely thin case hardened parts, anodized castings of aluminium and shot blasted or rolled faces. This makes these machines ideal for finish components, watch parts, metallic foils, surgical needles, pen points and many others. Suitable for a particular application, these hardness testing machines hold the following details and specifications:
- Test loads from 10 grams to 1000 grams
- Magnifications: 125X, 250X & 625X
- X-Y stage provided with least count of 0.01mm
- Precision diamond indentor (136° pyramid) used to make sharp indentations on the specimens / samples
- Maximum Test height x Throat: 115 x 70 mm
- Load accuracy within ± 1% of nominal load value
- Conforms to IS:1754
- Computerized model available (With built in CCD and suitable advanced software)
- Automatic display of hardness on computer monitor
